On September 16, the factory acceptance inspection for the Special Insulated Heat-Tracing Pipeline with Smart Terminals, developed for military use, was successfully completed at Donghong’s R&D Center. The event was attended by a specialized team from the military, experts from the Academy of Military Science Research Institute of National Defense Engineering, and the Beijing Fourth Construction Engineering Quality Testing Co., Ltd.

High Standards and Rigorous Testing

During the acceptance process, the expert team conducted a thorough review of the project's production and quality control systems, and carried out a rigorous on-site performance test. Under a high-pressure test of 3.8 MPa that lasted for 60 minutes, the pipeline system demonstrated outstanding reliability and stability, officially passing the acceptance to warm applause from all participants.

President of Donghong, emphasized in his address, “What we are delivering is not just a batch of products, but a solemn commitment to national defense.” He noted that the successful development and testing of the pipeline reflect Donghong’s strong capabilities in materials research, technological innovation, and quality management.

Innovative Technology and Reliability

The smart terminal-integrated system is equipped with real-time monitoring and sensing functions, allowing it to perceive pipeline temperature, provide low-temperature freeze warnings, and accurately identify leaks or operational abnormalities. This significantly enhances pipeline safety and operational risk resistance in extreme environments, such as high-latitude cold regions.

This project represents a notable achievement in the field of civil-military integration, combining artificial intelligence with high-end equipment manufacturing. It also follows the strategic guidance of the State Council’s recent policy on deepening the "AI Plus" initiative, showcasing how intelligent technology can be integrated into real-world industrial applications.
