Internal and external epoxy powder coated plastic composite steel pipes

This kind of pipe using DONGHONG self-owned patent technology of epoxy resin powder coating, shapes in high density and hard feature, more convenient for transporting various material with temperature below 45°C.

The steel pipe has been shot blasted and rust removed, and the coating has excellent adhesion.

The coating is dense and has small pores, which effectively blocks the penetration of water and has good anti-corrosion  effect.

The coating is smooth and has low frictional resistance, effectively reducing head loss during transportation.

Inner epoxy outer 3PE plastic-coated composite steel pipe

This kind of pipe is coated with epoxy resin powder, adhesive, polyethylene special materials and other raw materials, outer wall coated with 3PE anti-corrosion material, , which can maximize the superposition advantages of various materials and achieve long-term anti-corrosion purposes.

● The steel pipe has been shot blasted and rust-removed, and the coating adhesion is excellent.

● The epoxy resin coating is dense and has small pores, which effectively blocks moisture penetration and has good anti-corrosion effect.

Inner epoxy outer double-layer epoxy plastic-coated composite steel pipe

This kind of pipe consists of two parts, inner wall uses a single-layer epoxy powder coating and the outer wall uses a double-layer epoxy powder coating. Both adopt anti-corrosion epoxy coating in bottom layer and modified coating in surface layer, which achieves well condition of anti-corrosion effect, adhesive force as well as scratch resistant ability.
