High-Performance Fusion-Bonded Epoxy (FBE) Coating:

  • Long Service Life: Designed with a service life capable of exceeding 50 years.

  • High Bonding Strength: The bonding strength between the high-performance powder coating and the metal exceeds 70 MPa, significantly greater than the 45 MPa of ordinary epoxy powder. A higher bonding strength results in better anti-corrosion effectiveness.

  • Low Coating Porosity: Through special processing techniques, the porosity level of the applied coating can achieve grades 1-2, effectively isolating the steel pipe from corrosive media. Ordinary epoxy coatings have high porosity, allowing aggressive corrosive media to penetrate through to the metal surface, accelerating corrosion and reducing the pipeline's service life.

  • Excellent Abrasion Resistance: The wear and scratch resistance far exceed standard requirements, effectively protecting the coating from damage caused by abrasive media during long-distance transport.

  • Excellent Corrosion Resistance: In simulated accelerated tests for chloride, sulfate, and hydrogen sulfide corrosion, the coating showed no changes after 1000 hours. Experimental verification confirms a service life more than 8 times that of ordinary epoxy powder.

  • Superior Hydraulic Performance: The epoxy resin applied to the pipe's inner surface has low viscosity. When heated and melted, it flows well, forming a smooth, dense film with low flow resistance. The pipe wall has a roughness coefficient of 0.009, offering a smooth surface and high transport capacity, which can save energy consumption in pumping stations. It is the optimal choice for internal corrosion protection of metal pipes.

  • Excellent Hygienic Properties: The internal epoxy resin coating is smooth, resistant to scaling, safe, and sanitary. The anti-corrosion material complies with the standard for drinking water hygiene and safety. It can meet the requirements for use in clean water pipelines.

High-Performance Fusion-Bonded Epoxy (FBE) Coating:

  • Environmental Protection: Contains no solvents or volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The application process is safe for humans and environmentally friendly.

  • High Efficiency: Achieves handling and installation strength in a single application within 10 minutes. No additional baking is required even when the ambient temperature is relatively low.

  • Corrosion Resistance: The coating molecules are highly cross-linked, effectively isolating the steel pipe from corrosive media and providing excellent chemical corrosion resistance.

  • High Adhesion: The adhesion to the steel substrate after the solvent-free polyurethane has cured exceeds 20 MPa.

  • High Density: A 0.6mm thick coating can withstand a 15,200V spark test (holiday detection).

  • Simple Joint Rehabilitation: No heating of the pipe joints is required. Application via mechanical spraying or manual brushing is straightforward and efficient.

  • Unrestricted Application Site: Anti-corrosion spraying can be performed both in the factory and on-site.

  • Excellent Deformation Resistance: The cured, pure liquid solvent-free polyurethane combines super strong adhesion with exceptional flexibility, adhering to the steel pipe surface as if integrated into one. It is less affected by steel pipe deformation and offers superior resistance to deformation.
