The UV-resistant weather-resistant composite stainless steel pipe product consists of two parts. The inner wall of the pipe is a single layer epoxy powder coating with good anti-corrosion performance, and the outer layer of the steel pipe is a multi-layer powder coating. The bottom layer is an anti-corrosion epoxy coating with good anti-corrosion effect and adhesion. The middle layer is the graft copolymer powder coating, which mainly plays the role of bonding the bottom layer and the surface layer. The surface layer is a modified coating with ultraviolet resistance and weatherability.

Bending test: -30℃±3℃, 2.5° bending without crack;
Pencil hardness: Pencil hardness ≥H;
Thermal characteristics: curing percentage of epoxy coating ≥95%, |ΔTg|≤5℃;
Cathode stripping performance: 65℃, 48h, 1.5V voltage, stripping distance ≤6.5mm;
Salt spray test: 1000h, no bubbling, no rust, no cracking, peeling and other phenomena;
Artificial accelerated aging test: 1200h, discoloration ≤2, loss of light ≤2. (Equivalent to 2.5 years of outdoor exposure, slight discoloration and loss of light on the coating)
Chemical corrosion resistance: the coating has no swelling, softening, foaming, peeling and other phenomena.
