SRTP Pipe Profile:    

Steel wire mesh composite pipe (rtp pipe)is a new type of pipe that combines the advantages of steel pipe and HDPE pipe while overcoming their disadvantages. This pipe is reinforced with a steel wire skeleton formed by spirally winding high-strength steel wire left and right, and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as a carrier. By using high-performance HDPE modified adhesive resin, the steel wire skeleton is tightly connected with the inner and outer layers of high-density polyethylene to form a pipe with excellent composite effect. RTP pipe has the characteristics of good creep resistance and high lasting mechanical strength. The nominal pressure range is 0.6MPa--15MPa, and the outer diameter range from dn50mm to dn1200. The advantages of this pipe include high pressure resistance and excellent flexibility. It is suitable for long-distance buried water supply, mining conveying medium and other fields.    

RTP Pipe Features:

1. High strength:

The steel wire mesh composite pipe (rtp pipe) uses high-strength steel mesh as the skeleton, which can withstand very large external pressure and tension and has extremely high strength. Its strength is higher than that of traditional PVC pipes and HDPE pipes, and it can withstand greater physical loads. This high strength can not only ensure the safe operation of the pipeline, but also extend the service life of the pipeline.

2. High working pressure:

The working pressure of the steel wire mesh composite pipe (rtp pipe) can reach 15Mpa, which is much greater than the 2.0Mpa pressure of ordinary HDPE pipes.

2. Corrosion resistance:

The steel wire mesh composite pipe (rtp pipe)  is wrapped with polyethylene on the outside, forming a protective layer with good chemical stability, which makes the pipe have excellent corrosion resistance. This corrosion resistance is very suitable for use in some harsh environments such as chemical and marine, and can reduce the damage caused by chemical erosion to the pipeline.

3. Wear resistance:

The steel wire mesh composite pipe (rtp pipe) has a smooth surface, is not easy to accumulate debris, and has good anti-fouling performance. At the same time, the smooth inner wall design is adopted inside the pipeline, which can reduce resistance and friction when the fluid passes through the pipeline, thereby reducing the fluid loss in the pipeline and the friction damage during the use of the pipeline.
