Steel Wire Reinforced PE Composite Pipe
High-Strength Composite Piping for High-Pressure and Demanding Pipeline Applications
From plastic pipes, metal pipes and fittings to smart pipeline monitoring systems
Steel Wire Mesh Reinforced PE Composite Pipe
Steel Wire Mesh Reinforced PE Composite Pipe is a high-performance composite pipeline combining a high-strength steel wire mesh reinforcement layer with polyethylene inner and outer layers. The composite structure significantly enhances pressure-bearing and mechanical strength while retaining the corrosion resistance, flexibility and lightweight advantages of polyethylene.
With a diameter range of DN50–DN1200 and pressure ratings of up to 15 MPa, the product is designed for demanding applications including mining, water supply, drainage, slurry transportation and industrial fluid conveyance. Different diameters, pressure ratings, reinforcement structures and connection systems can be customized according to project requirements.
Applications
Municipal Engineering:Used for urban building water supply, potable water, fire protection water, reclaimed water and buried drainage pipelines for highways and other municipal infrastructure.
Metallurgy & Mining:Suitable for conveying corrosive media, mineral slurry and tailings in non-ferrous metal smelting and mining operations, as well as ventilation and other utility systems.
Water Conveyance:Designed for long-distance water transmission, seawater conveyance and other large-scale water transportation systems.
Industrial Engineering:Applicable to process water, return water, industrial water supply, corrosive gases and liquids, as well as the conveying of solid powders and other industrial media.
