Adhesive bonding:

Adhesive connection is the way to connect PVC pipes together by applying special glue. During the connection process, first check whether the edge of the pipe interface is smooth, and then apply glue to the pipe interface, and connect the two pipes tightly together. After the glue has cured, the pipe joint will form a solid whole.

The advantages of adhesive connections are high connection strength, good sealing and the need for additional fasteners. However, it should be noted that during the bonding and connection process, it is necessary to ensure that the glue is evenly applied and appropriate, and to avoid external force on the pipeline before the glue is cured to ensure the reliability of the connection.

After the adhesive connection of the PVC water pipe is completed, it is generally avoided to apply external force to the pipe fittings within 15 minutes at normal temperature, and the pressure test can be carried out after 48 hours of curing. PVC adhesive connection, pipe and pipe fittings need to be inserted once before bonding, under normal circumstances, to the specified depth of 1/2-1/3, the gap is moderate. When applying PVC glue, apply the socket first, and then the socket. If too much is applied, the excess cement is extruded to be wiped off with a cloth to prevent the excess cement from corroding the pipe.

Elastic seal type connection:

Elastic rubber sealing ring connection is a flexible connection method, which is suitable for PVC pipe connection requiring a certain deformation ability. In the connection process, the pipe is first expanded into a socket with a concave channel by an automatic flaring machine at one end of the pipe, and a flexible rubber sealing ring is placed in the socket. Then, put the unexpanded end of the other pipe into the mouth with the sealing ring and tighten the screw cap to complete the connection. The advantages of this connection method are strong connection, good sealing, and has a certain seismic ability. In addition, because the rubber sealing ring has good elasticity, it can adapt to the deformation of the pipeline in a certain range, thus ensuring the reliability of the connection.

Integrated steel skeleton socket connection:

PVC-UH integrated steel skeleton seal ring is prefabricated in the production process, the socket structure is more stable because of the steel skeleton support connection, and other types of pipe rear rubber ring, integrated steel skeleton seal ring socket structure, It avoids hidden dangers such as dislocation, deformation and movement of rubber rings during pipe installation and interface problems caused by geological settlement, vibration, expansion and contraction during use, and ensures zero leakage of interface parts.

Attention:

1. In addition to the commonly used PVC injection molded pipe fittings, there are also steel-plastic composite pipe fittings and PVC-UH all-plastic pipe fittings. Generally, when the nominal pressure of the pipe exceeds 1.6Mpa and the outer diameter of the pipe is >400mm, steel-plastic composite pipe fittings are used.

2. The PVC elastic sealing ring connection and adhesive bonding connection respectively correspond to the sleeve flaring (R) and flaring (TS) of the pipe.

3, pipe tightness and strength test must be water as the medium. It is strictly forbidden to test with gas as the medium.
