DHPI thermal insulation pipe adopts the world's most advanced "Klaus Maffei" spraying technology to improve the uniformity of foam density and the consistency of insulation layer thickness, and adopts ultrasonic wall thickness testing technology to ensure the comprehensive quality of products. Products include: polyethylene outer protective pipe rigid polyurethane prefabricated direct buried insulation pipe, rigid polyurethane sprayed polyethylene wound prefabricated direct buried insulation pipe, prefabricated direct buried steam insulation pipe, overhead insulation pipe, and other series. The diameter of the insulation pipe ranges from DN50mm-DN1800mm.

Our insulation pipes use tube-in-tube technology and two-step technology. What does it mean about them? The tube-to-tube method means using the PE pipe as the outer protective tube with the polyurethane foam insulation in the middle layer and the inner steel pipe. This method makes the whole insulation pipe highly wear- and scratch-resistant, has high pressure resistance, and can be safely buried deep underground. And another method is a two-step spray winding process: spray the polyethylene evenly onto the polyurethane insulation layer, and then wrap the polyethylene tape around the outside. This method makes the outer protective layer more uniform and uses less material than tube-to-tube technology.


Our insulation pipes have low thermal conductivity and great integrated stability. The outer PE material is our company's self-developed combustion-supporting and antistatic raw material, making the transportation of thermal materials more safe and efficient.


Do you know about smart pipeline network technology? For convenient repair, we have developed a new smart pipeline network to detect operational insulation pipelines. Once a fault is found, we can quickly locate the leak point, and the positioning accuracy is within one meter. It solves the difficulty of finding the problem point if a fault occurs after the insulation pipe is buried underground.
