Pre-insulated Steel Pipe
PRODUCT STRUCTURE
- Durable Steel Base: Using seamless steel pipe, straight seam steel pipe, spiral steel pipe as basement. Before adding thermal insulation treatment, mechanical rust removal is required, and the rust removal level is not lower than GB/T8923.1 Class Sa2.5.
- Sheath tube：Formed by special modified flame resistant, anti-static polyethylene resin through single screw extruder. Have great ability of impact resistant, insulation and Corrosion resistant.
- Polyurethane Insulation: It is made of modified flame-retardant polyurethane foamed by high-pressure injection to fill the gap between the sheathing pipe and the working steel pipe, playing the most important thermal insulation effect.It has the characteristics of low thermal conductivity, high compressive strength, low water absorption and high closed cell rate.
