China's national key project--Shaanxi Province to draw the Han River to the Wei River long-distance water supply project.

In January 2023, the project was selected as one of the “People's Water Management - A Century of Merit” water management projects.
This project is a global water resources allocation project in Shaanxi Province and a key project to be promoted in China from 2020 to 2022. The whole project uses Donghong's diameter 3448mm anti-corrosion steel pipe and large diameter pipe fittings, supplying 42000 meters for the whole line. This kind of anti-corrosion steel pipe, the production capacity of Donghong Joint Stock Company can reach a maximum diameter of 4 meters.

After the completion of the project, the water of Han River will be transferred and diverted to the Wei River basin in Guanzhong. To solve the Xi'an, Xianyang, Weinan, Yangling four key cities, five new cities in the Xixian New Area, Chang'an District on both sides of the Wei River, Lintong District and other 11 urban areas, as well as the Weibei Industrial Park, living and industrial water needs, the total area of the receiving area of 14,000 square kilometers, benefiting the population of 14.11 million people.
