Glass Fiber Prepreg Tape Reinforced RTP Pipe is a high-performance reinforced thermoplastic piping solution designed for high-pressure fluid transportation. It uses continuous parallel spread alkali-free glass fibers impregnated with HDPE, PE-RT, or PA-compatible bonding resin through a melt impregnation process, followed by cooling and shaping to form a unidirectional reinforced composite tape.

With high-strength glass fiber reinforcement and a flexible thermoplastic structure, the pipe is suitable for demanding applications in hydrogen transportation, oil and gas transmission, non-ferrous metal smelting, tailings transportation, and high-pressure municipal water supply.

Available with or without a reel, the system supports customized diameters, pressure ratings, materials, and coil lengths to meet different project requirements.
