Aramid Prepreg Tape Reinforced RTP Pipe

Aramid Prepreg Tape Reinforced RTP Pipe is a high-performance reinforced thermoplastic piping solution designed for demanding fluid transportation applications. Its reinforcement tape is manufactured using continuous para-aramid filaments arranged in parallel along the length of the tape. Through a melt impregnation process, HDPE, PE-RT, or PA-compatible bonding resin thoroughly impregnates the aramid fibers. The material is then calendered and cooled to form a unidirectional composite tape.

With a reported reinforcement tensile strength of 3,000 MPa, aramid reinforcement offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, supporting lightweight and high-strength pipeline designs. The pipe can be customized to meet project-specific requirements for diameter, pressure rating, materials, and coil length.
