Polyester Prepreg Tape Reinforced RTP Pipe

Polyester Prepreg Tape Reinforced RTP Pipe is a flexible reinforced thermoplastic piping solution designed for industrial fluid transportation. It uses continuous parallel-spread polyester industrial filaments impregnated with HDPE, PE-RT, or PA-compatible bonding resin through a melt impregnation process. The material is then cooled and shaped into a unidirectional composite tape, providing a reinforcement tensile strength of 650 MPa.

Combining a flexible thermoplastic structure with high-strength polyester reinforcement, the pipe can be customized for demanding pipeline applications across the oil and gas, mining, metallurgy, and water transportation sectors. Available with or without a reel, it supports project-specific requirements for diameter, pressure rating, material selection, and coil length.
