Performance advantages:

  1. Long service life: The pressure resistance of pipes is twice the nominal pressure, which means they can withstand the severe impact of ultra-high pressure, such as water hammer and other faults in the pipe network. The creep properties of the material are very low, extending the durability of the pipe and the design life under nominal pressure for up to 50 years.

The mesh laminate structure formed by the biaxial orientation of the molecules can prevent cracks from spreading and extending due to scratches. Superior water hammer resistance: PVC-O pipe wave speed is much lower than traditional pipe, 4 times lower than the cast iron pipe , which means that water hammer formed by the change of water pressure and water volume is reduced, thereby reducing or even eliminating the possibility of bursting when the water network is closed.

  4. Excellent flexibility: Due to its excellent material flexibility, the pvc-o pipe can withstand short external loads. Once the load is removed, the original shape can be quickly restored, reducing the risk of possible cracking due to soil settling or sharp edges of rock or machinery.
