42.png Product Structure

The overhead polyurethane prefabricated insulation pipe consists of three parts: a working steel pipe for transporting media, rigid polyurethane foam, and galvanized steel strip.

Working steel pipes: Seamless steel pipes, spiral welded pipes, and straight seam welded pipes are used; before insulation, mechanical rust removal is required, and the rust removal level is not lower than the Sa2.5 level in GB/T8923.1.

Polyurethane insulation layer: Made of rigid polyurethane foam material, mixed and injected through a polyurethane high-pressure foaming machine. The combustion performance of the raw materials can reach B1 level, and its fireproof performance solves the hidden safety hazards in the laying of comprehensive pipe corridors; after high-pressure mixing and injection, the gaps between the steel pipes and the outer protective pipes are fully filled, ensuring that the steel pipes, outer protective pipes and insulation layers form a solid whole.

Protective pipe: Use galvanized steel coiled pipe as the outer protective pipe of the insulation pipe to replace PE, which brings into play the advantages of galvanized plate in terms of corrosion resistance, anti-oxidation, and resistance to ultraviolet radiation. At the same time, the galvanized protective pipe is combined with the polyurethane insulation layer and the inner working steel pipe in one-piece, which can give full play to its thermal insulation, protection and other characteristics.

(1)It has strong waterproof and corrosion resistance, which can ensure that there is no visual corrosion change in the external protection pipe for 30 years outdoors.

(2)The outer protective pipe adopts the spiral pipe rolling process, and the threaded surface of the inner wall has a strong bonding force with the polyurethane insulation layer to ensure a solid overall structure.

(3)It has strong resistance to high and low temperature environments and does not produce thermal stress, deformation or cracking.

(4)Good thermal insulation performance, heat loss is only 25% of traditional pipes.

(5)The construction is simple and fast, and can avoid complex links such as hot melt patching.

(6)The polyurethane insulation layer can be made of polyurethane material with a combustion performance of B1 (flame retardant). Its high fire resistance is suitable for the laying of comprehensive pipe corridors.
