42.png Product Structure

Prefabricated directly buried steam insulation pipe is also called steel-sheathed high-temperature steam insulation pipe. Its structure is divided into internal sliding type and external sliding type according to different sliding methods.

Internal sliding type: The insulation structure is composed of working steel pipe, aluminum silicate, drag reduction layer, microporous calcium silicate, heat insulation layer, stainless steel fixed steel strip, aluminum foil reflective layer, polyurethane insulation layer, outer steel pipe, and external anti-corrosion layer.

External sliding type: The insulation structure is composed of working steel pipe, glass wool insulation layer, aluminum foil reflective layer, stainless steel fixed belt, sliding guide bracket, air insulation layer, outer protective steel pipe, and outer anti-corrosion layer.

Steel pipe: The inner working steel pipe and outer casing are all made of seamless steel pipe, spiral welded pipe or straight seam welded pipe; before anti-corrosion, mechanical rust removal is required, and the rust removal level is not lower than Sa2.5 level in GB/T8923.1; After rust removal, silicone high-temperature resistant paint (temperature resistance 400°C) is generally used as an anti-corrosion layer on the surface of the inner working steel pipe, which can effectively prevent corrosion of the steel pipe and extend its service life.The outer casing is generally made of 3PE anti-corrosion, which has good mechanical strength and impact toughness, and is resistant to water, acid, alkali, salt and bacterial corrosion; it can withstand temperatures of 70°C to 80°C and adapt to various complex soil environments.

Drag reduction layer: Made of aluminum silicate fiber cotton, it has good heat resistance and insulation properties, while ensuring the free movement of the working steel pipe when it expands due to thermal expansion or contraction.

Inorganic hard insulation layer: generally uses ultra-fine glass wool, and when the temperature is high, an aluminum silicate blanket is used, which is resistant to high temperatures and reduces the interface temperature with the organic insulation layer to ensure that the foam is not accelerated; one layer is suitable for conveying temperature which between 150~350.

Barrier and reflective layer: It is wrapped with multiple layers of aluminum foil material to ensure that the organic foam material does not enter the inorganic hard high-temperature resistant layer and reflects part of the heat from the high-temperature resistant layer.

Polyurethane foam layer: The insulation layer is made of rigid polyurethane foam material, which is made by high-pressure polyurethane foaming to keep the surface of the outer protective pipe at normal temperature.

(2)High temperature and high pressure resistance, good stability, suitable for use in high temperature steam pipelines with a medium temperature below 350°C

(3)Special materials are used for heat insulation between the sliding bracket and the steel pipe, which effectively solves the thermal bridge problem in the pipe network, with low heat consumption and good thermal insulation effect.

(4)Vacuuming technology can be used to effectively prevent corrosion of internal and external steel pipes.

(5)Advanced production technology, high overall strength, good stability, and long product service life.

(6)The outer casing is made of 3PE anti-corrosion, which has strong anti-corrosion ability. The anti-corrosion layer has high strength and is not easy to be damaged.
