Three-layer Structure Anti-corrosion Composite Pipe
PRODUCT STRUCTURE
The three-layer structure anti-corrosion composite pipe include a 3PE and 3PP pipe, for mining use the 3PE (TPEP) pipe are mainly applied.
- External anti-corrosion layer:It adopts a three-layer structure for anti-corrosion, in which the thermally bonded epoxy resin layer plays a role in enhancing adhesion, and the adhesive layer bonds and composites the non-polar polyethylene layer with the thermally bonded epoxy resin layer,The polyethylene layer plays an important anti-corrosion role and is the layer with the largest proportion of thick walls. All three materials have independent modification technology.
- Inner anti-corrosion layer:It adopts thermally bonded epoxy resin coating, which has the characteristics of strong adhesion, corrosion resistance and strong transportation capacity.
- Steel pipe:high mechanical strength, strong pressure bearing capacity, high safety and stability.

Alcohol blowtorch burningThe arithmetic mean of the flaming burning time of the six samples should not be greater than 3s,  and the flaming burning time of any one of the samples should not be greater than 10s.
The arithmetic mean of the flameless burning time of the six samples should not be greater than 20s, and the flameless burning time of any one of the samples should not be greater than 60s.
