PE-RT type prefabricated directly buried thermal insulation composite pipe is a new type of heating pipe, which is an insulation pipe composed of outer protective pipe, bracket, insulation layer and working pipe;It is suitable for thermal insulation fields where the nominal pressure is not greater than 1.25MPa and the maximum hot water temperature is not more than 80°C.

Working pipe: Made of heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RTI) pipe, it meets the requirements of the national standard GB/T28799.2-2012 "Heat-resistant polyethylene pipe system for hot and cold water". Its temperature resistance and pressure resistance meet the requirements of secondary heating Pipe network operation requirements.

Outer protection pipe: The outer protection pipe is made of HDPE material, which is scratch-resistant and crack-resistant.

Insulation layer: Made of imported polyurethane foam material with uniform foam density, high closed cell ratio, excellent thermal insulation performance and compressive strength, and thermal conductivity lower than 0.033w/(mk).

(1)Excellent corrosion resistance: Except for a few oxidants, it can withstand corrosion from a variety of chemical media, electrochemical corrosion, acid and alkali corrosion, and can be used in special occasions.

(2)Long service life: Under the condition of working temperature of 70 and pressure of 0.4MPa, it can be used safely for more than 50 years, which is 3-4 times that of steel pipes.

(3)Good thermal insulation performance: The thermal conductivity of heat-resistant polyethylene PE-RTI pipe is only 0.42W/(m-k), which is 1/150 of steel pipe. The pipe has good thermal insulation performance and forms a trinity with the outer protective pipe and thermal insulation layer. The structure helps to achieve the heating target of less than 0.1°C per kilometer of transportation medium temperature. Under the same heat loss, the use of insulation materials can be reduced, which is especially suitable for secondary heating pipe network systems.

(4)Reliable connectivity: The heat-resistant polyethylene PE-RT1 type pipe is connected by hot melt or electrofusion. The connection surface forms a whole and the connection performance is stable.

(5)Good construction performance: The pipeline is light in weight, only 1/8 of the steel pipe, easy to construct and install, and the overall project cost is low.

(6) Green, environmentally friendly, hygienic and healthy: The heat-resistant polyethylene PE-RT pipe is non-toxic, odorless, and never scales. It can be directly used to transport domestic hot water. Its hygienic performance meets the standard requirements of GB/T17219.
