The PVC-U double-layer axial hollow pipe is made of VC resin, heat stabilizer, lubricant, processing aid, impact modifier, filler, carbon black and other components after high-speed stirring and extruded through a conical twin-screw extruder. In the same ring stiffness, the post-optimized hollow pipe saves more raw materials, is much lighter, more convenient to connect and has less cost than the solid wall pipe.
Computer-aided design was used to optimize the cross-sectional structure of the PVC axial hollow wall pipe. Under the same ring stiffness, hollow wall pipes save more than 20% of raw materials than solid wall pipes.
