Reinforced Spiral Welded Steel Pipe
Reinforced spiral welded steel pipe is DONGHONG independently created pipeline specially for underground coal mining, it adopted a unique occlusal structure to improve the negative pressure and reduce the wall thickness. Comparing with traditional gas extraction pipe this design make the pipe features with lighter weight, higher ring stiffness and greater Corrosion resistance, plus with cheaper cost the pipe won great reputation among domestic and foreign customers.
The reinforced spiral welded steel pipe is distinguished into dissolve epoxy powder coating, hot-dip galvanizing and stainless steel three types, the maximum production ability can be DN1000MM, have different thickness from 1.5mm to 3.5 mm.

Product Structure

The product use cold rolled steel strip and stainless steel strip as the base material, and is built into shape by multi sets of rollers in the spiral forming unit, spiral bite forming, automatic welding and other processes. Finished product has polished inner wall, and the outer wall is reinforced by four-layer occlusal structure then being welded at the 45° fillet weld, to ensure the high impact resistance and compressive strength.

Performance Characteristics

Light weight

Save 50%-150% weight comparing to same size steel pipe. The lightweight helps reducing much labor works.
Anti-Corrosion
Have options of dissolve epoxy powder coating, hot-dip galvanizing and stainless steel
Negative Pressure Resistant
Reach the standard of gas extraction requirement, under negative pressure -0.097Mpa in 100 hours, pipe damage or transformation.

Low operating noise

Inner wall is smooth with flat-wall structure, make low noise when working.
High weld strength
Using bite welding method, making the welding line stronger than pipe body, to ensure the sealing and stability.
Strong coating adhesion
The coating material are all verified by national standard, won’t occur fall off or peeling phenomenon.
High efficiency in transfer
The surface is smooth reduces a lot of transmission energy consumption.
