PRODUCT STRUCTURE
Inner and outer polyethylene layers: It is produced using special pipe-grade high-density polyethylene resin as the main raw material. The raw materials have passed the strict classification test of GB/T 18252, and the hygienic performance complies with GB/T 17219 and worldwide system certification requirements.It has the characteristics of hygiene, strong conveying capacity, excellent resistance to slow crack growth, and excellent impact resistance.
Steel wire layer :The steel mesh skeleton layer is made of high-strength copper-plated steel wire that meets the requirements of GB/T14450. Its strength is ≥2050MPa, far exceeding the minimum requirement of the standard ≥1850MPa.
Adhesive resin layer :It adopts our company's independently invented patented product, which is the soul of the product and has the characteristics of strong steel wire interface shear force and excellent composite performance.

Performance Characteristics

Excellent product structure:

The product structure design ensures that the pipes can withstand pressure while taking into account the flexibility characteristics of flexible pipes. The pipes will not be damaged when foundation settlement is applied and can be bent and laid according to terrain characteristics.

High composite strength:

Polyethylene and coated steel wire are composited with special modified materials, and the composite strength can reach 15N/mm.

Low comprehensive project cost:

The steel mesh reinforced structure of the pipe greatly reduces the consumption of polyethylene raw materials and has certain cost advantages; it can be constructed outside the trench according to different working conditions, reducing the cost of earth excavation; the pipe is lightweight, reducing the investment in labor and mechanical equipment.

Convenient transportation and construction

Flexible pipes can be cut to different lengths as needed. The number of joints is greatly reduced. At the same time, construction can be carried out in sections at the same time, greatly improving construction efficiency. The dead weight of the pipe is about 1/2 of the ductile iron pipe and 1/3 of the cement pipe.This reduces labor intensity and the frequency of use of large-scale installation equipment. 

Excellent hygienic performance:

The pipe will be corrosion-free and will not easily breed bacteria, microorganisms and algae during long-term use. Long-term use will have no impact on water quality.

Safe and reliable connection:

The pipeline generally uses electrofusion and mechanical connection. The strength of the interface is greater than the strength of the pipeline itself, and it can adapt to the needs of various application environments.

Good hydraulic properties:

The inner wall is smooth, not easy to scale, and the friction coefficient is low (0.009). The smooth surface and non-adhesive characteristics ensure the pipeline transportation capacity, while also reducing the pressure loss and water transportation energy consumption of the pipeline.
